What does America's Debt Firm do?
We administer debt settlement programs for consumers by helping to bridge the gap between them and their financial responsibilities to their creditors.  ADF tailors a program that is in the best interest of our clients and their creditors in regards to paying off all accounts in the program to a zero balance. Furthermore, we consult, guide and lead accepted clients to a better place financially in the present and future. In short we help to eliminate debt at the lowest cost to our clients.
What is the best way to contact us?
We prioritize online inquiries via our web site (www.usdebtfirm.com). Every inquiry, whether online, email or phone is assigned a unique ticket number, thus ensuring everyone is dealt with in an efficient and timely manner.
When do you settle my debts?
Debt settlement timing is based on many factors, the most important of which is making sure the debtor has the funds required in their savings account to settle the debt. Other factors are debt size, pressure from creditor and age of debt (from original default date).
How will America's Debt Firm settle my debt?
You will be asked to save a set amount of settlement funds on a monthly basis. This amount will be determined in your initial consultation by a debt consultant and is based upon the total amount of debt owed and what you can afford on a monthly basis depending on your income and expense budget.
Does debt settlement have a negative impact on my credit?
That is indeed a good question!  The first step to a sound financial future is to recognize you have a debt problem, not a credit problem.  Your credit has probably been affected negatively due to the insurmountable amount of debt you have accumulated. So the answer is yes, there will be a negative impact on your credit initially. However as you work through the program and we begin to settle accounts, your credit score may start to improve (providing you have not had any subsequent credit problems).
Can I still use my credit cards?
Any card not entered into the program (and that is of your choice), will still be available to you for any emergencies that might arise in every day life.  Of all the available options to you, our program is the most accommodating. However we strongly discourage our clients from running up more credit while in the program.
How much does your service cost?
America's Debt Firm charges a nominal service fee that is included in your monthly payout.  All our fees are fully disclosed and require your signature for approval before you enter our program. Any administration fee adf charges is below industry average. We see the benefit of more of your money being put towards your debt rather than high exuberent fees. We pride ourself on tailoring a program that meets both your creditors needs and yours.  Don't settle for less than that from any company attempting to represent your financial future.
Will America's Debt Firm stop creditors from calling?
Not necessarily. We are here to help you. We will coach you on how to handle creditors efficiently and successfully and represent you in negotiations against collectors if they violate the terms of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, a federal law designed to protect consumers against collector abuse. Creditor calls normally slow down and can be stopped in the event ADF chooses to enforce procedures that are designed to do so.
Can I negotiate my debts with my creditors on my own?
You certainly have the right and ability to negotiate on your own behalf. However, keep in mind that the settlement process is a difficult and extremely tedious process and creditors retain high powered lawyers that work on the creditor's behalf. So, most Americans work 40 hours a week and choose to allow professionals with proven results and relationships do their jobs. In short, I can fix my own transmission if it breaks down, but I choose to let a certified professional handle it for me. If you took the time to read this then thank you for visiting us online and I hope we have answered some questions that you may have had before you found our site. Best of wishes to you and your family in the years to come regarding your financial future.
